The Beatles will be taking my money again this September, when they re-release a remastered catalog - the last time that some of these songs have been placed on CD date back to 1988. It makes a mess in your iPod because the gain levels are so low on some of those mp3s, so you hit the volume up super-high to get a great rendition of "I'll Follow The Sun", and then shuffle sends you a song from this year and destroys your eardrums.
So the reason I want all of these songs is so I can safely place Beatles tunes on shuffle, without having to go into audio software to bump up the gain on my own. That would be silly to solve it myself, when I can pay EMI hundreds of extra dollars to own these songs for the second time.
